This iconic building in keeping with the Portomaso Tower beside it maximises the site of a formerly low-lying building and rises to thirteen storeys above the street level of the complex. Several challenges with respect to the foundations and the construction of the building have been overcome to provide a development which alludes to its context by using materials which can be found in the neighbouring tower but in a form that stands out on its own merit.
