This project is an exemplary transformation of one of the oldest buildings in Sliema, which was originally built as a hunting lodge overlooking Marsamxett Harbour on one side and Spinola Bay on the other. The restoration of the original historic building was central to the client’s brief, in addition to providing top notch facilities to the elderly residents of this communal home in an architectural style which is in keeping with its use.
